Billing and seats
How billing, team seats, invoices, pausing, and cancellation work.
Getting started
There's no free trial — you subscribe and your agent starts working right away: it connects to your LinkedIn, sources leads, and begins outreach, so you see real results from day one.
Every first subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — if it's not for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund (see our Terms).
Plans
- Starter — one flow, prospecting new connections, LinkedIn outreach.
- Pro — up to five flows, the option to prospect your existing 1st-degree network as well as new connections, and email follow-ups from a Gmail or Outlook mailbox you connect in Settings → Connections.
Daily sending limits are identical on both plans — Pro buys reach and channels, never more volume out of one LinkedIn account. You can pay monthly, quarterly, every six months, or yearly. See current prices on our pricing page.
Seats and team members
Each seat is one teammate with their own agent on their own LinkedIn account. Agents are never shared: one agent per LinkedIn account, always. Adding a colleague means their agent prospects from their profile, with their own targeting and their own pipeline — while your team's results roll up together.
- Invite a teammate from Settings → Team. They'll set up their own LinkedIn connection through the Chrome extension, just like you did.
- Adding a seat mid-cycle: you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, and the new seat activates once that payment goes through.
- A new teammate's first week looks like yours did: outbound from day one, accepts and replies building over the following weeks.
Invoices
Invoices live in Settings → Billing, where you can open the secure billing portal to view and download past invoices, update your payment method, and change your billing details (company name, address, VAT number).
Cancelling
You can cancel any time, from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. The flow takes a few screens: a recap of what your agent has done for you, one question about why you're leaving, a single alternative offer based on your answer (pausing, a discount, or a call with us), and a confirmation. You can decline the offer and cancel right there — no email and no phone call required. If you'd rather not go through it at all, email support and we'll do it for you.
What happens when you cancel:
- Your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period; your agent keeps working until then.
- After that, all outreach stops completely — no more connection requests, no more follow-ups.
- Leads who reply after your agent stops are still yours: the conversations live in your LinkedIn inbox, and every connection your agent made stays on your LinkedIn account. That network is yours to keep.
Your workspace data — leads, conversations, and settings — stays available while your subscription is active. After you cancel, you have 30 days to export it; after that it's deleted from active systems, with encrypted backups cleared within 90 days. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Billing questions we get a lot
- "Do more seats send more from my account?" No. Volume limits are per LinkedIn account. Growing volume safely means adding teammates, each with their own agent — not raising one account's limits.
- "Can I pause instead of cancelling?" Often yes — pausing is the first alternative we offer in the cancellation flow when the reason is bandwidth, seasonality, or a one-off project. You pick one to three months, billing is voided for that window, and the subscription resumes automatically at the end (you can resume earlier too). Note that a pause stops your agent completely and unlinks your LinkedIn, so you'll reconnect when you come back. If pause isn't offered and it's what you want, just email us.
- "My card was declined." Update your payment method in Settings → Billing; we retry automatically, and your agent isn't interrupted by a single failed attempt.
