Pricing FAQ
Quick answers about plans, team seats, pausing, and cancelling — plus where to find current prices.
Do I need a card to start?
Yes — you enter payment details at checkout and your subscription starts right away: your agent sources leads and starts outreach immediately. There's no free trial, but every first subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — if it's not for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund (see our Terms). If you signed up with a promo code, it's applied at checkout.
What are the plans?
There are two self-serve plans:
- Starter — one flow, prospecting new connections, LinkedIn outreach.
- Pro — up to five flows, the option to prospect your existing 1st-degree network as well as new connections, and email follow-ups from a Gmail or Outlook mailbox you connect.
Both plans run one agent on one LinkedIn account, with the same daily allowance and the same safety limits — Pro buys reach and channels, never more volume from a single account.
See current prices on our pricing page. You can pay monthly, quarterly, every six months, or yearly; the longer commitments are cheaper per month. Prices are exclusive of tax; applicable tax is added based on your billing location, and if you're a business you can enter your VAT ID at checkout so it's handled automatically (see our Terms).
Can I add team members?
Yes. Pricing is per seat, and each seat is a teammate with their own agent on their own LinkedIn account. You invite teammates from Settings → Team; they get an email invitation to join.
If you add a seat mid-billing-cycle, you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current cycle, and the new member's access activates once that payment succeeds. From the next cycle onward, the seat is part of your regular bill. See Billing and seats.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription, in the app. It takes a few screens: a recap of what your agent has done for you, one question — why you're leaving — then a single alternative based on your answer and your results (pausing, a discount, or a call with us), and finally a confirmation screen. You can decline the offer and cancel right there; no email and no phone call are required.
Cancelling schedules your subscription to end at the close of your current billing period. You keep full access — and your agent keeps working — until that date.
Can I pause instead of cancelling?
Often, yes — pausing is the alternative we offer first when you start the cancellation flow and the reason is bandwidth, seasonality, or a one-off project. If it's offered, you choose a window of one to three months, billing is voided for that window, and your subscription resumes automatically at the end of it (you can also resume earlier).
Two things to know before you pause: your agent stops completely for the pause window — no sourcing, no invitations, no follow-ups — and your LinkedIn connection is unlinked, so you'll reconnect through the Chrome extension when you come back. See Reconnect LinkedIn.
If pause isn't offered and it's what you want, just email us — we'll set it up.
What happens to outreach in flight when I cancel?
- Until your period ends: nothing changes. Your agent keeps sourcing, connecting, and following up as normal.
- After your period ends: the agent stops. No new connection requests are sent and no cadence follow-ups go out — including to leads mid-cadence.
- What stays: everything the agent sent came from your own LinkedIn account, so it remains yours. Pending connection requests stay pending on LinkedIn, and all conversations live in your LinkedIn inbox — if a lead replies after you've cancelled, the reply reaches you there directly.
- Your data: Your leads, conversations, and settings stay available while your subscription is active. After you cancel, you have 30 days to export them before they're deleted from active systems (encrypted backups clear within 90 days). See our Privacy Policy.
I cancelled by mistake — can I undo it?
If your billing period hasn't ended yet, you can resume your subscription from Settings → Billing. If it has already ended, sign back in and resubscribe.
