Review and approve messages
Find every message waiting for your approval, adjust it if you want, and send it — in under a minute a day.
First, what "normal" looks like: a message only reaches your approval queue after a prospect accepts your connection request. In your first days, an empty queue usually means "no accepted connections need a message yet" — not that something is broken. See your first week.
Find and approve a message
- Open the Leads tab.
- Click the Message prepared filter pill. This is your To Review queue. An amber dot on the pill means drafts are waiting; the number next to it is the count.
- Click a lead. The draft appears in the conversation as a card labeled Message to review.
- Read it. To change the wording yourself, click the message text and edit it in place — an Edited tag confirms your version is the one that will send.
- Want the agent to rewrite it instead? Click Regenerate for a fresh take, or open the arrow next to it for Regenerate with guidance and type what should change (e.g., "shorter, and don't mention funding"). Each rewrite is kept — flip between them with the Version 1 of 2 arrows. Whichever version is showing is the one that sends.
- Click Send. You'll see "Your agent will send this as soon as possible," with a Cancel button available until the message actually goes out.
That's it. "Message prepared" always means the same thing: the draft is ready and waiting on you (in review mode). Open it, review, hit Send.
If you'd rather not approve every message
By default, your agent prepares every message and waits for your approval — nothing goes out without you. If you prefer hands-off sending, open the Flow tab and use the auto / review toggle on any message block. auto means the agent sends that message itself; review means it waits for you. Common questions
I feel like I'm running blind — I can't see message 1 to approve.
Message 1 is only drafted once a prospect accepts your connection request. Check Leads → Connection sent to see who's been invited, and Message prepared for drafts. If the queue is empty, there is genuinely nothing to approve right now. You can also ask your Ninja: "Show me messages waiting for approval."
Where do I see the message that was actually sent?
Leads → Message sent filter, then open the lead. The conversation view shows every sent message, in order, exactly as it went out.
Do connection requests need my approval too?
No. Connection requests (and their short notes, when used) are sent automatically within your daily allowance. Approval applies to messages.
Can I stop a message after clicking Send?
Yes, briefly — the Cancel button works until your agent has actually pushed the message out. Once sent, it can't be recalled.
The draft mentions something wrong about my business. How do I fix that for good?
Edit or regenerate this one, then set a standing rule so it never happens again — see control message content.
