Manage your flows
Create a second flow, switch one on or off, and understand what each flow owns — and what it shares with the others.
A flow is one outreach campaign: its own targeting (ICP), its own sourcing country, its own message cadence, its own reply settings. Starter runs one flow. Pro runs up to five active at a time.
Create a flow
- Open the Flows tab and click New flow.
- Give it a name you'll recognize in a list — "HR Directors — SMB" beats "Flow 2".
- Write the target profile (ICP): who you want to reach — industry, size, role, qualification signals. Your Ninja enhances what you write; you don't need to phrase it perfectly.
- Optionally add cadence guidance — tone, angle, what the messages should lead with. You can edit all of it afterwards in the flow editor.
- Pick a prospection source: External (new connections), Internal (your existing 1st-degree connections), or Both. Internal and Both are Pro options.
A new flow starts paused. That's deliberate — it gives you a chance to read the ICP and the cadence before anything goes out. Open it, check the targeting, set Sourcing in, skim the message guidance, then switch it on with the toggle on its row.
Switch flows on and off
The toggle on each row activates or pauses a flow. Pausing stops that flow completely — no sourcing, no invitations, and the follow-ups it already had in flight stop too. There's no scheduled resume: it stays off until you switch it back.
The plan limit is on active flows: at five active (Pro) the next activation is refused until you pause or archive one. Archive takes a finished flow off the list without deleting it — archived flows live under Archived flows and can be re-opened. Renaming is inline: click the name.
What each flow owns — and what it doesn't
Owned per flow: the ICP and learned rules, the sourcing country, which products are on, the message blocks and their guidance, review/auto per block, and the Replies & meeting booking block.
Shared across every flow: your daily connection allowance. It belongs to your LinkedIn account, not to a flow — running three flows doesn't send three times as many invitations, it splits the same daily allowance between them. Two flows on a 20/day allowance is two halves of 20. See Volume and schedule.
Reading results per flow
Once you have more than one flow, a flow selector appears at the top right of the Dashboard and carries over to Leads, so every number and every lead list can be scoped to one flow. The Flows tab itself shows the headline counts per flow, so you can see which one is actually producing. For the sourced-versus-contacted numbers behind that, ask your Ninja: "how is my flow performing?"
Sharing a flow with your team
If your workspace has several seats, a flow you created yourself (not the original default one) can be shared with your teammates' agents: open its Share action and pick the agents. Each of them gets their own running copy, prospecting from their own LinkedIn account, and the shared inputs stay managed from the original — teammates see those flows under Team flows. Agents at their flow limit are skipped, and internal sourcing is skipped for anyone not on Pro.
Common questions
Should I split my targeting into several flows?
Split when the message should differ — different buyer, different pitch, different country. Don't split just to send more: the daily allowance is shared, so two flows halve each other's volume rather than doubling it.
Can one flow target two countries?
No — Sourcing in is one country per flow. Two countries means two flows, which means Pro.
I paused a flow. Do its leads disappear?
No. Every lead it produced stays in Leads at the stage it reached, and the conversations stay in your LinkedIn inbox. Pausing stops new work, it doesn't erase past work.
