Manage your leads
Exclude people who should never be contacted, overrule a qualification call, and understand why a lead was ruled out.
Every person your agent has sourced lives in the Leads tab, each at exactly one pipeline stage. You can override the agent's decisions there, lead by lead — and every correction teaches it.
Make sure a specific person gets no message
- Open Leads and find the person with the search bar (works across all stages).
- Click them to open the detail view.
- In the header, open the status dropdown and switch it to Not qualified.
- A "Why? (optional)" box appears — say why (e.g., "he's an existing client"). Click Save. The reason becomes something your agent learns from, so similar people are handled correctly next time.
Marking a lead Not qualified removes them from outreach: no pending message will be sent to them.
Exclude whole companies or lists
Tell your Ninja (the Ask your Ninja button, top right) — exclusions become learned rules that apply to all future sourcing and outreach:
- "Do not contact anyone from: [company A], [company B], [company C]."
- "Never contact our existing clients — here's the list: […]."
The rules appear under Learned rules in the Flow tab, where you can review or edit them anytime. If someone from an excluded company is already in your pipeline, also mark that lead Not qualified as above — rules govern future decisions, and the agent applies them to anyone it evaluates from now on.
Dispute a qualification ("Why is X not qualified?")
- Open Leads → Not qualified — excluded leads stay visible precisely so you can sense-check the calls.
- Open the lead, then ask your Ninja: "Why is [name] not qualified?" It explains the reasoning against your ICP.
- Disagree? Flip the status dropdown to Qualified, and use the "Why? (optional)" box to say what the agent missed. That correction sharpens future qualification.
Common questions
One of my own clients is in the list — how do I make sure he gets no message?
Open his lead, set it to Not qualified, give "existing client" as the reason. Then add the standing rule via your Ninja: "Never contact anyone at [his company] — they're a client." Belt and suspenders.
Can I add a specific person I want contacted?
Yes. Give your Ninja their LinkedIn profile URL — "add https://linkedin.com/in/jane-doe to my outreach" — and confirm when it asks. They're added as already qualified and enter the normal cadence: connection request first if you're not connected, first message once they accept. If you're already connected, it goes straight to the message. If you run more than one flow, your Ninja will ask which one they belong in, since that decides their cadence and message voice.
This is meant for referrals and intros — people worth contacting that your targeting would never have surfaced. For a whole category of people, change your targeting instead.
If I fix my targeting, do Not qualified leads get re-reviewed?
Not automatically — see change your targeting. Flip individual leads to Qualified yourself when the agent got one wrong.
Someone asked to never be contacted again.
If they replied, all automated follow-ups already stopped. Mark the lead Not qualified so nothing manual slips through, and tell your Ninja if the request covers their whole company.
What does the "More info" button on a lead do?
It opens the context your agent gathered on that person — useful before replying or disputing a call.
