What is The Sales Ninja?
The Sales Ninja is an AI prospecting agent that works on your LinkedIn account and gets you warm leads — you just reply to the people who answer.
The idea in one paragraph
You tell your agent who you sell to. It searches a network of 200M+ professional profiles, finds the people who match, sends them connection requests from your LinkedIn account, messages the ones who accept, and follows up until they reply. When someone replies, the automation stops and the conversation is yours. Your job is the last mile: reply to warm leads and book the meeting.
How the loop works
- You describe who you sell to. During setup you define your ICP — job titles, industries, company sizes, geography. This lives in your Flow tab and you can refine it anytime through your Ninja chat.
- Your agent sources and qualifies. It searches for people matching your ICP and evaluates each one against it before any outreach. Sourcing and qualification happen in the background — you don't have to review a list.
- Your agent connects. Qualified people get a LinkedIn connection request, within a deliberately conservative daily allowance (see LinkedIn safety). This is the point where a lead appears in your Leads tab, at Connection sent. People the agent ruled out appear under Not qualified, so you can sense-check its decisions.
- Your agent messages and follows up. When someone accepts, the agent drafts a first message and then runs a timed cadence of follow-ups. In review mode, drafts wait for your approval at Message prepared; in auto mode they send automatically.
- You take over on reply. The moment a lead replies, all automated follow-ups to that person stop. The lead moves to Message received — now you reply, have the conversation, and book the meeting.
Who does what
This is the part people most often get wrong, so here it is explicitly.
Your agent handles:
- Finding people who match your targeting
- Qualifying them before any outreach
- Sending connection requests, paced to protect your account
- Drafting and sending the first message and follow-ups
- Stopping instantly when someone replies, and drafting a suggested answer for you
You handle:
- Describing (and refining) who you sell to
- Approving drafted messages, if you use review mode
- Replying to warm leads — the agent never sends a reply on its own, and never negotiates or closes for you
- Booking and running the meetings
If you remember one thing: everything up to the reply is the agent's job; everything after the reply is yours.
What you'll see day to day
Your agent works in the background — nothing needs to stay open on your computer. Most days it quietly sources, qualifies, and sends within its daily allowance, and quiet stretches are normal. Your Dashboard shows the funnel: connection requests sent, how many were accepted, how many messages went out, and how many people replied — each against the previous period.
Changes you make to your targeting apply to future sourcing — the agent doesn't retroactively re-evaluate leads it has already processed.
Where results come from
Warm leads come from a compounding funnel: consistent daily outreach → accepted connections → conversations → replies → meetings. It's deliberately paced rather than high-volume, because accept and reply rates — not raw send counts — are what fill your calendar. Expect the first accepts within days and the first real conversations to build over the first couple of weeks.
